You can lift your truck, without going thru stability. I believe it's 4 inches max. Anything over that, requires a stability test. My truck, I'm running a 6 inch Fabtech suspension, 3 inch BL along with 37 inch Truxus MT's. It's a 97 4X4 Off-Road, an am aloud 30 inches from the bottom of my door to the ground. With the 37's, I'm at 31 an a half inches. So I run thru with with 35's, then change later. I know your not suppose to, but it is what it is, an alot of people do it. I think the biggest mistake people do, is go thru with too small of a tire, then put the real big ones on. Too me, that's too much of a gap in size, for a cop to let go. That's my thinking. Here's a link you can look at, an go from there.

Thanks 6" Fabtech is what I really want! I have the 3inch Body Lift and 2.5 Leveling kit...would that make me as high as you? I'm hoping to be under the 30 inches with 35s or 37s in a year when i can do this swap
