Bridgeport, NY. About 20 miles northeast of Syracuse. South shore area of Oneida lake.
Also small camp at Sackets Harbor on lake Ontario, near Watertown.

Haha, no way. How's the weather?? We are getting hit pretty good in central square area. I hate snow =-( maybe I'll like it if I get my snowmobile fixed.

Got a little over a foot and still coming down. Seems a little early this year. Already got the old lady yakkin about when I'm gonna mount the plow. You guys get it harder than
we do tho. I say leave it in Buffalo. Keeps them famous on the news. Can't believe they
closed the thruway for 24hrs. Is that our tolls at work?

Well I'm pretty close to you, not really near buffalo. It seems like everytime I go out to my car the snow is piled up higher than I am. I think your going to have to get it on pretty soon. Snow is getting very obnoxious.

Oops, didn't mean are you near Buffalo. Forget the little over a foot stuff. Double that now. Got home from work around midnight and started kicking myself over the plow. Snowblower still works tho. Gonna be a white Christmas I think. My brother lived up there for a few years off of rt 49, actually West Monroe and I remember a lot more snow on that side of the lake. This truck is doing pretty well in this stuff so far, dodging the little cars that lose it is getting to be fun.

Yeah it's definitely easier to get the plow on before it's buried under 5 feet of snow. haha. Make sure your ready for sunday I hear it's going to hit harder than it already has! ugh.

Yeah, starting to avoid the weather channel. They're way too excited about this weekend's "Major Weather Event".

I'm not..I hate driving my lousy Altima during the winter.. especially a lot of snow. But my truck is safe from salt and idiot drivers in the mean time... seeing that every year people forget how to drive in snow up here.

Got a commuter car myself. Had to drive the truck in 4 wheel drive 2 nights tho. Just too slippery and nobody wants to slow down. Plow is finally on so I can play bumper tag with out a scratch.

What's your commuter car?? I'm going to be getting rid of mine shortly, it's driving me insane. I never want to go anywhere with it.

Hyundai elantra. Bought it new in 04 when I was commuting 140 miles a day. Showing its age now tho. Never gets worse than 29 miles per gallon. Saves miles on my truck. Thats why I keep it (that and its paid for). Don't commute anywhere near that far anymore, but its still handy for keeping miles off.

I traded in an '05 Elantra on my truck and went from 29-37 mpg to 13-16 mpg with the truck and still drive 46 miles round trip to work and back everyday.
