*HELP PLEASE* Factory Navigation unit

Thanks for reading,
Will a 8R3T-18K931-EA Navigation unit out of a 2008 Mustang work in a 2008 F150? If not if you know what part numbers will work? This info would be much appreciated.

The unit is plug and play electrically and mechanically. However, it will need to be programmed to the specifics of the F150. All the messages were sent over MSCAN on the Mustang. The F150 messages are sent via hardwire. If you are interested, I can program the unit for you. I have done several of them over the past 2 years. If you are interested, please mail me at reedej@comcast.net.
