Portable Navigation/GPS unit

Hey guys..

I was looking to get a GPS portable unit. I was looking at a tomtom XL or XXL on crutchfield or something like that...anyone have a pic on where they mount it?

Anymore ideas? Was looking at a Garmin today. Looked like decent sized display. Probably going to be on my Christmas list.
