Headrest TV's?

Does anyone have headrest TV's for their 04/05 F-150s? If so, did you self-install, professional install, or were they pre-made?

I have 6in Toshiba screens in my 04. Anything bigger than 6in monitors lap over the piping in the headrests and just doesnt look right to me. I did the install myself. Here are some pics:

They are really nice monitors and offer a very clean install...there are more pics in my gallery. I have installed some for other people too....if your interested in having them put in your headrests you can send them to me and I will do them for $400 a pair (that includes the monitors themselves of course...$300 for the monitors and $100 to install) and I will send detailed directions as to how to get the cable run through the seat back....its not hard if you know how to do it. The monitors come with all the hardwear you need (except the RCA cable that runs from your DVD player to the converter box), remote, AUX input in the front as well as ear phone jack.

I know you say they are 6" monitors and you wouldn't recommend going with anything larger, but I have a few questions. Your monitors look like they have about another .5" on the left side with all the connections. What is the actual install size including the shroud and trim kit? I was looking at a pair of monitors that were pretty much all screen except for the trim.

Thanks,
Doug

Yes, they are 2004 models so I can get them for less than wholesale. I think retail on them is around $450 each, but the markup on electronics is crazy.

The width of the shroud is 7 1/8in. With that said screen size is measured like a TV....from the top corner to the opposite bottom corner. What you need to know is the width of the shround. If you are wanting to recess the monitors into the HRs I wouldnt get any bigger than 7 1/4in shrouds....if you do it will distort the piping (where its sewn together) around the HR.
