    Great info thanks. If you don't mind me asking, how bright a light can I run without overloading the circuit do you think? How bright are yours? The butt connectors are a great idea so they can be removed fast. The only question I have left is once I clip the connector off I will have 2 wires- what wire do I put where?

    Thanks for taking the time to help me out with this. Was almost going to abandon the idea.

    The rims are stock Expy rims ... cheap and easy to get. I painted the sides of the openings and the insides of the rims to give them a little different look. They look stock, but w/ a twist.
