Wandell, are you still active here? I'm having a dash sound clicking noise that no one knows what it is...even my Ford dealer.

You will have to trim some plastic off the front bumper's lower valance, but that's it. Also, I wouldn't waste money on a leveling kit on a 97-02 Expy. Just crank up your torsion bars and get an alignment. If you wind up nose high, you can add a coil spring spacer out back. The leveling kits for your SUV are just re-indexed torsion bar adjustment keys which allow you to put way, way too much preload on your torsion bars. This will destroy your ride quality and leave your ball joints and CV joints at too severe of an angle to last.

Hi, I have a 01 EXPY E/B 4 x 4 & I'm installing *either a*2" or a 3/2"*leveling kit. My goal is*to have a "Slightly Aggressive Stance" with the tire sticking out "PAST THE FENDER FLARES" (1/4" to 3/4") give or take. Using *either a 33/12R16 or 33/12.50R17 Toyo Mt & a Rim having a 4.5 B/S. a 16x8.5 or 17x8.5 Rim is 1" wider toward fender & a 16x10 or 17x10 Rim is 2.5 inches wider toward fender. How much width does the tire add on past the Rim Towards the Fender? Without using Spacers, What of any of these or your scenarios will give me that "Slightly Aggressive Look" with*the tire sticking out "PAST THE FENDER FLARES" *Thank You, Thank You

Wandell, I'm trying to get accurate answers to help my son. A 2006 FX4 reg cab with a 2" AS front kit, what's the largest tire he can run on stock rims without rubbing? Considering the 295 or 285 70 18....and on an 18x9 rim with +25 mm offset what's the largest tire without rubbing? I'm overwhelmed with info. What do you recommend? Thanks

That is basically a 34x12.50 tire. So yo will need to stay close to to the oem wheel specs which is 7.5 inches wide with 5.5 inches of back spacing.

I have a 2006 f150 lariat and I'm wanting to go to a 305 65 18 bfg with a 2" leveling kit, what rim offset would be ok to prevent any type of rubbing, I like the xd rock star 2's. any advice you can give me I'd appreciate it...thanks

You will have rubbing for sure, I'd go with a 33 inch tire.
