Hey Mickey, how are you? I have an 09 Lariat SCREW and I am ordering a 10 this week. My question to is about the 700W Sony system. I'm wondering if the sub on the rear floor gets in the way and if so is it worth the trade off of the sound versus the lost cargo room? Thanks alot for any feedback !

Hey Mickey - thanks man for the compliments...I was looking at the KR as well...what made me go for the Plat was the "hidden" running boards...if I was going to get the KR, I was going to remove the fixed running boards and retrofit the Plat running boards. Your color is awesome and a great looking truck too!!! Ford knows how to build a truck AND make it nice as well...the Sony/Nav/Synch system smokes my BMW's sound/nave system hands down!! One awesome truck! I had an '05 Lariat Screw 4x4 and the '09's are a world apart...the minor cosmetic changes are the least of it...every driving interface is better, steering feel (no more "nibble"), brake pedal feel, engine tuning, 6spd tranny, exhaust sound, seating, interior, bed and bed accessories, stretched cab and flat loading floor - this really was a major redesign - not merely a "refreshening" like some folks would like to think! Enjoy your F-150 and stay safe!! Brad

I really do like your '09... That royal red with the sand lower skirting is great... And that leather interior, now that's something... You have one very sterling rig...
