Well, I eventually ended up going with a radiator for a non-ac truck, which is thinner, and I did not have any problems after that. So I didn't really solve the problem but I had it where it wouldn't happen agagin.

Yeah, the Mav's a lot of fun to play around in. I love takin it to the local 1/8 mile and beatin my dad's '05 stang. If it were a 1/4 mile, though, he would definately beat me.

Thanks for the props. I'm getting pretty fond of my Fefay, too. I already have a 2in Leveling on mine, and some taller M/Ts are on lay-a-way for me when I get back down to the Lower-48. Cost too much to ship them to Alaska, and the tires I have will get me through the next season fine.
Don't knock your 90. They are fine rigs, and you can fix them up real nice. 'Newer' does not necessarily mean 'better'. There are a few features on my old '87 that I wish was included on my '07.
Love you're old Mav, too. Classic car. Had a friend that had one back in High School - not nearly as nice as yours, but was a lot of fun for teenagers to bang around with.
