One thing I've learned is that all trucks sit differently so hard to say if 35's will rub. Since you have 18x9's you may not rub at all at the back of the wheel well. If you do rub, it will only be very slightly. I just looked at your album and saw your flares...this is where my tires rubbed; at the base of the flare at the bottom rear of the wheel well. This is a tough call...but an easy fix. I bought my 1" DayStar spacer for ~$50 and popped it on top of the strut to fix all my rub issues. You may also find a used 1.5" Autospring spacer in the classifieds too. To offset this, I bought a 2.5" lift shackle for the rear. Truck sits at about 6" of total lift and all my angles and are nearly stock. To be honest, you'll probably end up doing this anyway, so why not when you install you 35's!! I got my "OFF ROAD" graphics from www.vinylgraphics.net... If you look at the tailgate I actually cut the "OFF ROAD" from the "4x4"... I really wanted to look different...

I purchased my 6-1/2" SPX-REF17 component speakers from a local shop in Roseburg, OR for $350 a pair... The SWS-1043D is a 300w RMS with 900w max coupled with the 500w amp it rocks... I hope this helps...

I don't know what you're willing to spend, but if you like Alpine the SWS-1043D woofers are a great choice along with the Alpine SPX-REF17 6-1/2" component speakers for the doors. I'm using the Alpine M-500 amp for the sub and the Alpine MRA-F350 5-channel amp for the components. No distortion... I have the Alpine IVA-W505 HU... It really sounds great...

I did not know that ATS uses 3M tape to secure the flares to the truck. Maybe that's why you are having a problem. Bushwacker flares do not use 3M tape. They do have place for a custom fit gasket on the upper edge of the flare and the flares are true to the body style, no gaps. They are secured to the fender either through the screw holes that are already present and with clips. They are extremely secure and will not budge even if you lean on them.

Thanks for the info. Here in Oregon they do not use salt on the roads during the winter they use sand for traction. We do have an ample supply of it.

What brand of flares did you purchase? I bought Bushwackers, there not the cheapest but I liked the look. They tell you that they are easy to install. Well it took me four hours to put them on. I also put in more metal screws than they came with for a more secure installation.

Your tool box looks good. I think the black always look better than the aluminum look. In fact last week I was at the local NAPA store and they asked me if I had painted mine. They were not aware that they came in black.

I have a question for you. Do they use salt on the roads where you live during the winter months? Is that why you have two sets of wheels and tires? In the Oregon Cascades where I live they don't. I do like the look of your Moto Metals. What type of tires do you have and what's the size? I just put on a set of Toyo MTs, 34/11.50 R17. I like the look and the performance on the logging roads that I travel on.
