Thanks again for the good advice. I probably won't get to this project until Sept/Oct, but I'll keep you posted and get some pics for you. so, you just sanded your clearcoat before painting? The rims are still really good as far as the clearcoat goes, just wasn't sure if taking off the clearcoat was enough, or if I needed to really scrub and get the paint completely off too. I've seen posts both ways, some just scuff it up real good, others say completely sand all paint.

Hey man - love your truck! Nice work!! Your pics of the graphite painted OEM 20's brought me to the site. I am going to do the same with my OEM's. One question though - when you painted them yourself, how did you mask the machined lip and face? Seems like a hard edge to mask on the machined spokes. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated! Having a wheel pro do it for me is a little out of my budget right now. Thanks!

The lower bushings on the belltech's blew out so I put the stockers back on and I took out the drop shackles. I'm now riding at stock height.

I finally got around to finishing my system, I put in a set of kicker 680.2's in the front and regular 680's in the back, based on your advice.

I also have two kenwood amps and a kicker cvr 10 in a musicmoose audio box

Ive been to barrie many times before. Why did you lower a FX4? just asking cause thats the first time ive heard of anyone doing that, its always lift kits, but like you said you hate normal. Also i see you put on new logos from patriotdecals.com, I was looking at their dite and considering getting some new badges, what did yours run you by the time they crossed over the border?
