Bottom out in the rear....yes, very bad. Have to take dips or bumps very slow if I can't get around them. Will remedy that with helper bags. The tire wear is still the same as stock. They moved the bolts in the control arms up front so the tire still sits flat on the pavement.

Sorry just saw your question. They only come on when the blinkers are on. Just like the factory led's on the back side of the mirror.

It measures 41.5" and that's with the coilovers only cranked to 2". Another measurement is 25.5" from center of wheel center cap to fender.
