Nitto 555R's ???

Just would like to know if they are worth the $$$. I would like to keep the same wheels if I could. You go to the track and have two different wheels on your truck it is hard to play like the truck is stock

Mine should be here today or tomorrow. I had to pay a ton for 2nd day air to Hawaii. I'll let you know when I get them.

What is a good price for them and a good place to get them. I was told tirerack. com but they do not list them.

Check the classifieds.
There is someone there who is selling 2 555R's(good tread) with a pair of 2001/2002 wheels for $600. The problem is he won't ship. :(

Thanks Easterisland I have talked with him. We have the problem of shipping fixed. I could have one of my truck drivers pick them up. I just do not know if he would know if they are in good shap. I can get a set of 16 inch wheel for $ 250 but we are back to the funny look.

Absolutely worth every penny. Eagle F1's will never see the rear wheels of my truck again. With a proper burn (street/strip) these things just flat out hook. However you must get them hot to work well.

They are wearing rather quickly. I've put 4500 miles on mine so far and would be lucky to get another 4000 miles out of them for street use. Then they would be relegated to track-only duty.

Keep it in the garage when it's raining. :)

dirtchicken,
just curious, who did you pick them up from, and how much did you pay for shipping. Was it still alot cheaper than getting them from Eurosport? Thanks.:beers:
