Hmmm, but it looks pretty sunny and dry in that pic. 
Have anything from a cloudy day with a simpler background so I wouldn't have to fake snow on the houses, road, etc? I'm good, but not *that* good. Unless you just want to make it seem like flurries on a sunny day (which can happen if those tree leaves weren't green).
