F1's for 50% off...
 

Well, the two tires and wheels on the passenger
side were destroyed, so they gave me TWO wheels
and TWO brand spanking new F1's ... That means
I only have to buy TWO F1's for the drivers side now.

CAUTION: Wrecking your truck is NOT the preferred
method of getting great tire deals.... <grin>

PS... I went to the shop to see "Christine" Wednesday,
and they had her stripped down and were grinding and
polishing the patched areas in prep for the paint shop
first thing next week. I'm not getting my hopes up, but
it has been almost a month to get this stuff fixed. They
are one of the best shops in town, so the wait is prolly
worth it.

Hopefully we will be back at the strip for the December
runs. I have got to get that 12 this year.

my friend crashed up my truck 47 days ago and it has been in the shop since. it is almost done. It is the best shop in town and i cant wait to get it back. Trust me though, when it looks done it isnt :( I though i was gonna get it back 2 weeks ago and it is still not done. It is gonna look sweet when i get it back though. I cant wait. Everything looks brand new, better than it was when i sent it there. I am pumped to get it back now. Any day now :rocker:

If they tell you 3 weeks, they really mean 3 months. They'll do anyhting to get your business, and come up with excuses when its not done on time.

I am gonna have my kids take notes on making excuses from them, thats what they mean by "best in town."

Way to go 1bad 4D. Wish I could have made it. (Still no SVT) Been working on the BMW 733i for my winter beeter, the 97 F150 has been threwing codes left and right, so it is sitting, blow up the 750R ninja motor last month, ate the #2 exhuast valve. So I have my work cut out for me this winter.
