Stock CD Changer

I had a Pioneer aftermarket unit (with CD changer control)installed in my L. I was told by the installer that my factory chager would not work with the Pioneer. Only aftermarket changers will work. So as I sit now, I have a brand new factory CD changer collecting dust in my truck.

Actually...

this is pretty much common knowledge, but a hard way to find out if you don't know. Did installer tell you this up front?????? If not, perhaps he could cut you some slack on a compatible unit from Pioneer.

The only way to keep the factory changer, as far as I know, is to install a CD 6 disk changer from the hi end Ford audio systems.

I can get almost everything they have as well as other things, we're still in the process of getting inventory and the shop open, I hope to be a vendor here for car audio within the coming months. We'll just have to see how things pan out so until then I'm not selling anything here as I don't want to break any forum rules. You can contact me though , I don't think that breaks any forum rules.
