Are Lightnings hard to work on?

I'm just curious who difficult they are to work on. I have a 96 Cobra w/ a Vortech S-trim and every mod under the sun. I've done most of the work myself. The Cobra isn't bad to work on cause most things are really accessible. As for the Lightning motor it looks like things are hard to get at. Is this true or is it pretty straight forward? It appears that the motor sits pretty far back.

If you're tall and have girly hands, it's not too bad to work on.

That's just what I've heard...
