2 Things...

First - I spent 10 years or so doing NDT... I know that when I was doing it and had an inhouse Xray machine, for $100 bucks or so I could have X rayed the converter and told you what the inside looked like... If it had 3 metal plates you would see them, you could also count the pins in the bearings as well if you wanted to... Dont do that anymore...
( they call it NDT - Non Destructive Testing because in this case you can see inside a sealed unit without altering it )

Second - NozeBleedSpeed - You have been around long enough to know that you cant offer contact information OR product indformation unless you are a supporting vendor.

I dont feel any usable facts and information should be kept off the boards posted by a supporting vender or non supporting vender. We all are using this as a source of information!! If a post is not true or misleading it is quickly challenged by others.
Lets get back to a source we can trust and not a site where every thread is 50% fact 50% fantasy.

Now you guys have done it. You've attracted the attention of the info cops. We can't have discussions that set the record straight just floating around now can we. I guess it's ok to spew false info as long as you've paid for the right but you're not allowed to clear up any false statements, unless of course you send a check first.

I'd rather get true info from a non supporting vendor than BS from a supporting vendor that is talking out their a$$ about things, which in this case, they have no clue about. But that's just me or something.

Well I guess I must be stupid then. And I guess PI must be lying too. Myself and other vendors are paying hundreds more directly from PI for this "same" converter. Maybe I should buy them from this other vendor since they are retailing them hundreds cheaper than PI sells them to dealers for cost . Sorry for trying to help people, guess that's a crime nowadays.

I talked to Mark and was reassured it is a 3 disc. He has corrected his price as it was wrong on his site, and will sell it to me as advertised at 689.00. Thats a stand up guy!

Damn and I paid 995 for my PI converter!

Sal wouldn't screw you guys so why is anyone even considering that? He's been the greatest asset to the L commuinty and pretty much made it what it is today. The man started the club we all belong to on this site and this is what you say to him?

You people have no respect for the person that could stomp a mudhole in anyone of our trucks a$$es. Not only that but I know that sal's one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to these trucks!

Sal won't get bitchy at you all, but I'll get his back any day of the week even if I get kicked off another site for it.

SHOW SOME RESPECT!

Do you know for a fact that the converter that was sold to firefighter106 for $689 isn't a PI 3 plate converter? Or were you just guessing. Maybe you were just looking to cast doubt and discredit Blue Oval Performance? But wait a second, you were also the one that said another person was selling hot blower parts. How would you know? Maybe you were just looking to cast a little doubt and discredit that person as well? I'm pretty amazed that you would have such insight and knowledge about what others are doing.

Just because you can't make a deal like that on a converter doesn't mean someone else can't. But the price wasn't really what this was about now was it? I'm guessing it just looked like a good opportunity to take a shot at Blue Oval because someone got a really good deal from them. But that's just me.

This is fact, Mark priced this as the single disc in error!
And was kind enough to eat the loss!

So you are getting the 3 disk for that price? HAHAHA. Well there goes Sal's theory up in smoke.

I'm betting he had to do this move after that mistake...

But, that's just what I think...

Don't start with the hot blower parts please! Cause I know about it also.
