Cleaning/Protecting Suede

My L is starting to show wear/dirt on the outside lower seat bolsters, what protectors and/or cleaners has anybody used to keep these seat coverings looking new?

it's not suede.. it's a suede like cloth named alcantara.
blue coral makes a pretty good carpet/cloth cleaner that you can get at wally world..

then scotchguard them.
