Just got off the phone with SVT - 800 - FORDSVT - and got my build number (475 out of 4726) and build date.

BUT, the "color matrix" - the number of trucks per color - breakdown is not ready yet.

Build Date: 3/26/02
Color: Black

 

Build #: 1384 of 4726
Build Date: 1/23/02
Color: Red (The Fastest!)

Interesting that the '02 production run was the second smallest (99 being the lowest) run of Gen2 L's...

Production went up during 00 and 01. I wonder what the projections for '03 are?

Anybody know when they will start sending out our certificates??I want to frame it and hang it in the garage next to my '01's cert.

 

I got my number also, but I don't think I want to post it just incase the mod police realy do watch theses boards. I know I am not modded yet, but I will be real soon.
I will say it is between 1000-1500 built in Jan

Just got off the phone with SVT. Certs get mailed out in the Fall. Sept/Oct.

Production ceased in June.

 

hello everyone, just got my(lightning) beast wednesday night, i think i got a good deal on it.....dont really know what everyone else paid but hey who knows.... but this is my first post and here are my numbers she right this second has 145 mi on her and i put about 80 on her the first night i got it.... dreams do come true

 

They gave me a incorrect build date. They said 05/02/02 @ 4710!!. Look at your date and number Abit!

 

Didn't give me a date at all!
Conversation went like this:

THEM: SVT
ME: Yes I heard the Lightning build numbers were ready...
(cut off short)
THEM: VIN number?
ME: 2FTZFblahblahxxxx
THEM: Hold on
about 45 sec later..
THEM: Number 832 have a nice day

Guess they were really busy with calls today. I will call back in a week or 2 and find out the build date and confirm the build #.
