Yes, they will work. However, they may be a bit to hot and cause detonation towards the top of your RPM band though if weather conditions are just right...

Best bet is to call Sal and ask him. There isn't much he doesn't know regarding "L's" and any/all performance mods...

I think he will say IT24's though... maybe not...

you can get his number at www.powersurgeperformance.net

Beef, thanks for the refferal . Actually, I suggest IT20s from stock up to 4 lbs extra. Over that, it's the IT24s. We tested the 22s, and they seemed to run, and fail, the same exact ways the 20s did, that's why we suggest the 24s instead, The 24s are a non-porjector style cold plug, perfect for spray over 100 shot and boost over 4 lbs extra.

IT24's are quite cold, for only a 4# pulley... 20's should work just fine - any colder than that with a 4# pulley and I think you'll foul pretty quickly... Anyone agree/disagree?

I suggest anywhere from .038-.040. I don't like to go higher than that. And lower gaps are for more serious powerplants.

Hey Sal, what did you mean by this?

We tested the 22s, and they seemed to run, and fail, the same exact ways the 20s did
I especially dont understand the run and FAIL part.

Jason, plugs fail under certain conditions. Even the best plug will fail if it's not the right application. If you run an aggressive tune, or high amounts of boost, with a plug that cannot dissipate the heat to the head casting fast enough, it will overheat and burn up. I've seen some chips that are just plain so poorly tuned that no matter what plug you have, it's gonna die, but you can run an aggressive power level with the right plug and still be safe.

What I was saying about the 22s, is that we've seen them fail in the same situations as the 20s, meaning they were no better than the 20s. The 24s have held up great so far, and I've not heard anyone say they have felt any drivability differances like the BR7s have.
