Just got a package from Ford Motor co. at the Dealership.Included are the new colors for the '03 models.Guess what?As repoted NO TRUE BLUE! New color is Dark Shadow Grey[Like the H.D. Screw]
Other than that looks like Black,Silver,Red and White.
Snap up those remaining True Blue's!They'll be the rarest so far!

I have had all white F150s and wanted a white L, but they were not making them in early `02 production (or at all, I thought) so I picked a blue one. What A Shame:cool:

Shadow grey? On a lightning.... nooooo...
Were alot of people requesting this? I'd think yellow would be the logical color... but I guess not.

Other minor changes include chromed inside door handles[like the H.D.]Another wheel change.similar to the 99-00 style.

I am happy that it is not gonna be yellow. I remember the yellow stangs, my wife had one. I think it is a ricer color now. I would have liked to sceen a nice electric blue like those older M'3 that would look nice on a L, or some type of pearl paint for the high class look just to change things up a bit. I think Ford should worry about the stereo and 20" rims not the colors people will buy either way.

What's wrong with a yellow 'stang':D ? How can that be ricer? Domestics started the yellow scheme. Now if it was baby blue or neon green then i could understand...but not yellow. I love some yellow but I don't think that it would look good on a lightning. The truck is too big for such a strong color in my opinion. I personally dont like the chebby or GMC trucks that are yellow for that reason...(that and they are a POS).
