ive noticed some lightnings with the exhaust hanging a lot lower than mine. when ive asked the people about this they hadnt even noticed untill i show them mine. is this normal and is there anything these people can do to raise the pipes so they are more snug into the ground effects?

 

Shorten the hangers, or bend them up. Shortening will work better but bending is easier, your call.
