Anyone around Richmond have the tag RUN YOU on a Red 01 L?

I saw it ride through the street race hangout place last night. Just wondering if it belongs to anyone on here......

Hey ICULOKN,

Mine is not the Lightning you saw, however I'm only around 50 miles north of Richmond and was wondering where and when you guys meet on weekends. Thought I might drive down one nite.
