What is a Lightning?
To describe a 4600 lb truck that out accelerates, handles, stops, and looks the majority of the so-called "performance cars" out there is truly difficult to put into words, although you have all done a great job. The easiest way to describe a Lightning, though, is with a 12-second ride from 0-100 mph in the world's fastest, best handling, factory produced, fully-warrantied pick-up truck. Someday maybe one of the "other" manufacturers will step-up and bring a legitimate challenger to the game. But until then the lonely Lightnings of the world will have to continue embarassing the uninformed and unsuspecting "sports car" owners of the world!

It is a rare truck made by SVT and ford.
They have 360-380 Hp stock.
CAPABLE OF RUNNIG 12'S WITH MODS
THEY come in red, black, silver, used to be white, and now blue.
They have 18" wheels stock with an Eaton supercharger.

It's great to see all of the enthusiasm about the Lightning! Don't worry about all of your little tricks, we at SVT already know about most of them and we look to this board to keep us informed as to what is working and what isn't. We all like to go fast (legally...at the race track!) just like you guys, so having a forum to watch helps us to see what is happening out in the real world and not just what we hear from the dealers and warranty reports. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have; just please don't ask me something you know I can't answer...I don't want to disappoint anyone!
