What width should the gap be on my Denso plugs? 01 Lightning. I'm going to install them now.

Also be careful with that 4 mm tip. It does not take much for it to break or bend...

JL,

We installed them today and one had a broken tip. I don't know if Jerry broke it or not. He said he didn't and I believe him but I'll let you decide. All of them were gapped at .042 and didn't have to change the gap on any of them except the broken one and after tapping it a couple of times we noticed that the tip was broken. Long story short, I need another plug.

Tim PS. The Bassani still hasn't been delivered. Santa must have a heavy load?

Bob,

None were loose, to my surprise, but my L only has 1700 miles on it. And, all the Autolight plugs looked great. I'll post a pic of them tomorrow. All 7! hahaha!

Johnny,

I'll give you a call Monday morning. Thanks.

Bob,

Jerry, an experienced mechanic but not on Lightnings, installed them in less than an hour. It wasn't any trouble at all.
