MTX Thunderform problem - suggestions?

I picked up an unloaded MTX Thunderform box yesterday, as well as some Pioneer W254C 10's to put in it. Here's the problems:

1) The bolt pattern is different (I guess self-tapping screws are the solution here...?)

2) The Pioneers are a hair too big for the opening where the 6000's were (the store took them out so I could buy it unloaded).

Anybody got any ideas? I'm bummed...

Use some self taping screws and a file and open it up some. Its about all I can suggest. I built my own box and therefore built it to the specs of my subs.

Or you could use a hole reamer on a drill motor. You would probably be better off just drilling smaller pilot holes to screw the subs in,rather than self tappers.
