Question about Grill?

I been wanting to put a billet grill on my black lightning for a while now. I been debating on whether or not i should do it. Some of the black trucks on this forum have awesome looking shiny billet grilles that look like chrome. Others seem to have dull ones. My question is which grill looks more like chrome and will really stand out? Is there such a thing as a chrome grill or just billet. Thanks

I am just about to order new grilles from my L. Some companies offer there grilles either polished, brushed, or powder coated (black). I think the one you would be looking for would be of the polished variety.

You can check the online store for grilles made by "Trenz".

Summit carries grilles made by "Stull".

The Stull part numbers for the polished grilles for the Gen 2 L are:

Upper: 5072-P
Lower: 5384-P

Hope this helps some...

In my opinion both look good... I have heard good things about both. I have heard that the Trenz grills have bars that are a little closer together, but I have also heard about people having trouble installing them. I think it comes down to price and availability...

Here is a pic of the Stull grilles on ******'s Lightning:

There are a few good pics of the Trenz grilles on TampaSVT's Lightning here:

They both look great to me...
