The coolest thing I've ever seen!

Driving home Saturday from Denver and it started raining (just cherried my truck too) I got in the slow lane to get off on my exit. There was a Dodge Mini-van in front of me. All of sudden a huge bright light blinded me momentarily . Wow, I just realized that a Bolt of Lightning hit the poor little mini-van. The poor helpless thing just coasted to the side of the road. The lady driving wasn't hurt but didn't have any idea what had just happened. I pulled over to see if she was okay and she didn't beleive me when I told her that she had been struck by Lightning. She thought her car just died or something. I let her use my cellphone because her's mysteriously quit working just like her car hmmm. I think the lightning avoided my truck because it didn't want to harm it's namesake. Anyway on a side note I had just waxed both my L's with Wet Cherry for the first time too. It had to rain before I could take any pictures:( Just thought I'd tell you guys there's more than one way to get struck by Lightning.

damn, you don't see that everyday!!!! Did the lightning do any damage to the mini-van??

I didn't inspect her car or anything but I'd suspect since it wouldn't start or none of the electronics worked that it probally fried the wiring.

Since lightning is a massive static electric discharge I would guess all of the smoke got let out of the little chips in the computer(s)
