Searching and searching...

Hello dear Lightning owners.

Since yesterday I'm looking for a "List of troubles codes for the 5.4L V8". Maybe I'm to stupid but I found nothing about the 5.4L V8. Only the very interresting threat with the V6 codes. Or it's similar to the V8?

https://www.f150online.com/forums/v6...s-4-2l-v6.html

I hope you can help me!

Many dear greetings from Switzerland,

Steve

Thanks a lot for the very quick answer! I think that's what I need. Your link from the "Merged: DTC List" is which year? Can I use it for my 2002 Lightning?

Many greetings,

Steve

Hello!

Yes sir - for most any year that a Ford has had an OBDII interface & compliant PCM.

Ford is adding new codes all the time for new model functionality - for those, and in fact any OBDII code, try plugging it into Google - you usually find what you need that way...

Good luck sir!
