Redneck Ferrari,
I've seen your truck in a couple of posts. I don't really like all the stickers and stuff (everyone has their own tastes)but I love the drop and the wheels. What kind of drop did you do and kind and size wheels are those? Have you done anything to your truck lately?
Thanks,
Hugo

BfB I beleive Sal said that he anticipated the leak...not that he saw an 01 with a leak.No leaks on mine either...but still too early to see any.I've seen most posts indicating leaks after 12000 miles or so on the 99 and 00 models, from what I remember.

I think that the truck you are thinking of is photoshoped. The red lightning with all the rice stickers on it? I am pretty sure it's a photoshop deal. https://www.f150online.com/f150board/biggrin.gif

No leaks on my 2001L and the snap or pop went away when I greased the steering stops! I only have about 3600 miles on her.

kidd2001 Jun 5, 2001 09:59 PM

Thought mine may have been a leak, but it wasn't. Now i have that intermittent miss/bog at 2000 RPM at different speeds. It happens 5-10 min at as time, and goes away with full throttle. Going to check plugs and #4 coil pack.

I wonder if he just stated this meaning it was probably going to happen or he has witnessed or actually heard of this happening?
