Is it 1% that leak, or 1% that don't?

I'd say it's 1% that don't. Check it out....

Oh yeah, they arent gonna get away with this...

You'd think they would make sure the one in the spot light wouldn't have any flaws. I bet it has the clunk, and the seat bolster problem (mine doesnt (yet)).

THANKS GFORCE.

Give the fellow who popped the hood a raise, he's gonna need it, I am sure his days at SVT are numbered. And I think I found another problem...(stereo)

Madhouse,

Yeah, I've got a much bigger pic of it that your welcome to, but it's not my truck though. It belongs to the Ford boys. I can e-mail you the pic if you like. Just post your e-mail address.

Tundra,

Isn't that a joke that even the Ford show truck is leaking? I personally spoke with at least two people at this event and a cruise-in who don't frequent the boards and had dry intercoolers. They thought it was just evaporating or something because there was no sign of leakage on the ground and just kept trying to fill it up.

I believe that's why SVT will say on the phone and my dealers around here say the leak is non-existent. People aren't going to the dealers (at least here) for a fix because they honestly don't know it's broken. I've seen several bone-dry one's myself in the last month or two.

I had mine replaced about 3k miles ago thanks to this forum. I probably would have overlooked it also.
I met a fellow L. owner over the weekend that had his truck on display and i noticed his Intercooler was completely dry. When i told him about it he said he thought it was just an overflow tank. That's probably what most unimformed people think.
