PSI on F1's

The center of my tires are wearing out before the rest of the tred. Is this because of too much or too little psi? or just too many burn outs?

I've had the best results for even tire wear, by maintaning all corners @ 30 psi.(cold) Also rotating the tires @ each 3000 mile oil and filter change.
