Question I/C pump bad?

After driving or with the engine idling I have a foam in my resevore for the i/c, there is also an odd motor sound that kicks on and off? The sound can only be heard at idle. I think my i/c pump may be bad any ideas.By the way 6500 miles and still no leak just foam and an odd noise.

I know that my I/C tank has foam in it too, I'm guessing from the agitation from the pump, but, I have never noticed any kind of noise coming from it. Hope you can find out the problem.

Check you tank when the truck is cold and not running. The noise could be low coolant.
