Anybody Else's Order on Temporary Delay Status?
My order was pulled March 16, but right after that it went into "temporary delay" status in production. Does anybody have any news on this and know when I can expect to see a change in this status? Just like the rest of you who have ordered, the waiting is killing me!!!

That's for sure. A dealer here in Chicago has 4 of them one in each color.That is a lot of L's for being this early in the year. Bob.

I may have to make a trip to Houston in a couple of weeks. Any recommendations on a place to go that won't screw me around by trying to sell to me above sticker? Or better yet, any dealer that'll go X-plan??

When I talked to SVT yesterday, they said that they werre pulling a lightning every so often to check fit and finish and it resulted in a week or so delay...

I was told last week that mine was on "total performance package hold". Just talked to the dealer and I got my build date 4/16/01.

Once again I'm probably not being much help but I do know that almost of all of my local dealers here in cinci would consider x-plan pricing. I ordered my 01 on 3/20 for x-plan plus tax and title/tags. The difference between msrp and xplan might be worth a road trip... Steve |
