Unhappy Installation of Spark Plugs

MRBBQMAN
Well the JOB of changing my plugs is done
and thought I should report on how things
went. Let me tell you that I hope I don't have to check them anytime soon! I did driver
side first DAY and passenger side next day!
Each day was about 5 hours long and had all kinds of trouble getting those 7mm bolts out. The second one from the rear on drivers
side was a real pain (took me two hours) just
to get the darn thing loose! Then had alot
of trouble getting the coil packs off the
plugs too! Some would not brack their grip on
plugs! I believe when the dealer replace my
I/C they have to remove the packs and maybe
the plugs too, but I had three plugs that were loose and a couple not even seated. Well
I thank MRBBQMAN for the instructions and they really helped. But man what a job!! At
least I now know how and whats involved. I
believe the next time should only take me
2 1/2 to 3 hours. Heck I might even do it in
2 now that I siliconed everything up good!
It seem to like the plug (SplitFires) but
can't tell cause it just spins when I punch it.

Wink

the instructions were compliments of Chuck "LTNBOLT", i used them also, and even though it's a tough job, it would have been 10x worse without his help.
