Well, as a matter of fact, there are lots of 10 second Civics, and even some 9 second ones, that could easily dust a stock Viper in the 1/4, but I'd bet dollars to donuts that this moron doesn't drive one of them.

Read the link, and I'm willing to bet it's 100% BS. I can't think of a single Viper owner that I know that would pull up beside a Honda Civic and start reving the motor at him. That would be like reving your ZX9R at a Honda Scooter.

About the claims that the Viper owner was throwing a lot of things at his Civic, just where did the Viper grow all of the storage room to put the stuff he was throwing?
