Holy Smokes

Well last week was only my second week of lightning ownership and to celabrate I took it to the track and ran a 8.83 @ 81.6 in the eigth, 13.68 @101.5 mph in the quarter. I was pretty stoked. Well I ordered a K&N air filter so that I could go back tonight, but it didnt come to the parts store today there was a mix up and I was pretty disapointed. Anyway I decided to go anyway what the hell. I decided to make one run with the air filter completely out of the truck, and iced down the intake and boy was I impressed.

8.54 @ 83.7 in the eigth, 13.26 @ 104.4 in the quarter.

This truck is bone stock save for some mufflers. Man does this thing move!
