SVT F-150 LIGHTNING
New for 2001
A slightly larger air inlet and air cleaner, plus a new 90mm mass air sensor to provide more air to the engine.
A newly updated vibration damper has been placed on the crankshaft to dampen crankshaft vibration.
New 4.5-inch-diameter, stiffer aluminum driveshaft that is 4 pounds lighter than the steel version it replaces.
The new driveshaft permits use of a 3.73:1 rear axle ratio (3.55 in previous model year) for improved acceleration times.
As with most Ford vehicles, Lightning will switch to 5W20 motor oil.

I don't get that 5W20. Any thing lighter and you might as well use WD40. My Escape calls for it too but you can't find 5W20 in any auto part stores in the desert. What's up with the change in weights?
