Price on an L
Hey guys. I live in the Mass area. Is there anywhere around here where I can find a black 2000 L for less than 27K at a dealer? I can't even find a black one, only red and they want around 32K for them all Thanks in advance
Can't Decide L or Cobra
You may also want to look at Framingham Ford that is where I am getting mine. 128 had a Silver 2000 back in December, I don't know if it is still there, but they wanted allmost as much as what I am paying for a 2001.
If I were you I would get a 2001 there will be some major improvements, I feel it is worth the extra money.

Recently had a fairly local Virginia dealer advertising a new 2000 at a little less than $27K. Newspaper ad did not say what color. Was in the paper (Washington Times) for weeks.
Hard to see how you can get a new 2001 at $28K or less. I understand the invoice price to the dealer is $28212.00. Does not include the usual 3% hold-back, which nobody can usually touch.
Might be better off shopping SVT dealers away from major metropolitan areas. May be hard to find the color you want at your price.

I got my truck at Bonnell ford in winchester. The lowest I was able to get them was 28k, I also put a lot of money down, so that might have been a factor. I looked at a couple L's at 128 ford but they didnt want to budge at all and the "SVT specialist" was a *****. You might want check out Main street ford in Waltham, see what they can do for you.
