Question Spark Plug part numbers--HELP!

Ok, so I have tried to purchase either the NGK or Split Fire plugs at Checker Auto--and they do not show any such part numbers.
NGK I gave them either a 4177 or a TR-6 p/n
Splitfire I gave them a p/n of SF10B

They don't show that as a a valid p/n. For NGK they call out a 2885.

They do stock a Champion "truck plug". Champion p/n 4401. I have not read any posts where anyone has used those, therefore I don't feel that is the way to go.

Can I obtain the NGK TR-6 anywhere locally? ie, Checker Auto Part, AutoZone, NAPA? I have read a post that says order from Summit. I could place an order tomorrow with Summit if I can't get them locally.

Peter, go here:

and follow the menu. You will wind up at NGK V-power p/n TR6, stock # 4177. This is what i use in my trucka.

Cool

Peter B,

You've got the right part #'s. You can get the SF10B at Walmart.
