Changing Fluids-Which to use and how much?

I'm trying to get caught up on the maintainence on my 2000 Lightning as it's approaching 47,000 miles and most of those miles have been a little rough ie:drag strip. What are the recomended fluids to use for a modded L and how much is needed for the following...I'm looking to Flush:
Brake fluid-2bottles of DOT3
Transmission Fluid and Filter"truck has 4X4 pan with drain plug"
Engine coolant-???Which Type and How Much is needed???
Intercooler coolant-????Which Type and How Much is needed???
Spark plugs-8 NGK TR6's
Eaton Super chager oil-2 4oz. bottles of GM S/C oil-are any gaskets needed to remove and reinstall the S/C to clean the intake valley and change S/C oil?

I have in the past few weeks already cleaned my air filter "K&N style", replaced my fuel filter, cleaned my throttle body, replaced my rear axle seals and rear diff fluid w/ LSD additive "left rear axle seal was seaping a little", rear brake pads were low so they were replaced, and a synthetic mobile One oil change.
Just to help, mods are:Full exhaust, 13# of boost, 3.73, 2" drop shackles, E-fan, CAI, 90mm Maf, Chip, 4X4 trans pan, Gatorback S/C belt etc.

open your owners manual!!!
tranny is mercon/dextron iii not mercon V
intercooler and radiator are the same i believe, i do not think it is anything special, refer to the manual
supercharger is just a allen key with an oring. but i think you really need to remove the supercharger to drain it all out properly unless you have something small to suck it out, i am sure someone will chime in. the supercharger gasket is metal and can be reused

Thank you for the response, but i was also interested in quanities and i wouldn't expect to find all of them in an owner's manual, maybe a service manual. But i'll try to borrow my friends owner's manual for now since my truck didn't come w/ one. Also i'm sure with the deep sump 4X4 trans pan i'm going to need some extra fluid and i'm sure an owner's manual won't list quantities for another trucks transmission. But thanks.
