If I install stage II heads $ cams and no extra boost, how much extra power should I expect? Thanx Doug

 

At the same boost levels I would expect 40-50 HP. You will have to pulley up to regain the boost lost by the increased airflow volume.

HI!... On my old N/A 5.4 I made 251RWH.P and 330RWTQ, with all the bolt ons and 9.0:1 compression. I then had a "BUILT" 5.4 done with all the same bolt ons but added FOX LAKE stage II heads and custom ground COMP CAMS with 0.599/0.599 lift and a MEIZERE electric water pump with a compression ratio of 8.42:1. This yeilded me 354RWH.P and 392RWTQ so far with no tune. So that's a increase of 103RWH.P and 62RWTQ.
