Texas Turbo...the company _was_ located down near Houston, TX and hasn't been in business for some time now.
As far as an adjustable wastegate to bleed off boost...that's a good question for the PCM tuners!
I know our trucks have a "blow off" valve, but it acts as an all-or-nothing deal in conjunction with computer inputs.
Maybe someone could tweak the electronics so it would work as an adjustable piece?
