Engine and tranny swap

Sorry to post these questions in the lightning forum, but I figured that you guys do the most swapping engines and trannys, so you'd know best. Plus my new engine is not going to be N/A.

I was wondering how you guys get your OEM guages to work with new engines/trannys. I was thinking of replacing my engine and tranny.

How do you get the speed sensor to work with an aftermarket tranny?

How do you get the tach, water temp, oil pressure, etc.... to mate up to a "not original" engine?

Sorry to be clueless, but I need some advice and help....
