? about the FR500 wheels

Ive learned that in order to run these wheels, you need wheel spacers/adapters. Is there any down fall to this idea? any risk? Would you put it on your own personal truck?

Personally I wouldn't do it. Do you realize the weight that you are puting on your stock studs to hold the adapters in place, and the weight that you are putting on the adapter itself to hold the wheels?

I never have been a big fan of adapters to change lug patterns, alot of them will require you to cut your factory studs down in order to fit behind the wheel. Depending on your tools and how you do it a bad cut on a bolt could mean you can't even get the nut onto it. Then lets say you cut it after the nut is on you might run into problems getting it off.

I'd be ok with a spacer in the rear but the additional stress up front from turning/braking would scare me away from doing this on the front.
