3 Gen 2's in the 9's!...

MAYBE
Hey Dave London You ready tommorow night to go get that 9 sec. pass? The temps are a bit high for it, but i believe we can do it! I plan on going to cecil around 4:00 pm..We ran your truck 3 times on sat. it was 100+* on the track we couldn't 60 ft it for nothing! a 1.59 was our best and still ran a 10.3 @ 133mph!..If we can hook it tommorow night a 1.4 60 ft! It will be the next 9 sec. Gen 2!..Let me know ASAP! Lets Get R Done!!! JL

No, just bored at work. I don't mean to take away anything from Dave...I truley wish him the best. I just hate reading about things that haven't happened yet. I also have a huge respect for what you are doing with your truck....but all the hype not being backed up gets old.
I hope to whipple my truck and be deep in the tens sometime this year, but I don't go around saying I have a ten second truck yet.

Well Well i can finally agree with you on something! Your right HYPE Is Always OLD! in my book! But i wouldn't call Daves truck HYPE! That truck went 10.3 with a lousy 1.59 60 ft! in 100* Weather and 95% Humidity! and @ FULL weight!..If we would have had just 75* i bet it would have done it!.He has my Same Engine i ran for 3 years! he has ran numerous 10.3's @ well over 132 mph! This isn't HYPE Like What we have seen here time and time again! This is just done Right Facts!..This truck will lay down a 9 sec. pass if track/weather permits. That Engine has ran around 10- 9.8's and 1 9.7 sec. pass when it was in my truck! And it's still laying it down! Daves truck dyno'd over 880 RWHP! and over 1000#'s of torqe at the wheels!!..No HYPE Here and i hope Tommorow night will Prove it for Dave!...JL

The thread wasnt saying the truck ran 9's. The thread title was to get people's attention.
I wish I could go tomorrow but I have to work late all this week.

BTW, did you see the new times? That new tune is smokin!
