studdering problem

i was out racing around in my 03 lightning tonight and i noticed that around 40mph it was starting to get some studder to it. I just replaced the fuel filter 2 weeks ago so i know it not that. I have 26,000 miles on it and running the originaL plugs. I have a 4lb lower pulley with a 2.80 upper, a bassani header back kit, a cool aid kit, and a ftvb. Ive been running this set up for awhile now. the problem just started tonight, so is it time to replace my plugs, or is the fact that im running a stock tune catching up with me.

Th-Th-That's a lot of B-B-B-BOOST for a S-S-Stock Tune

Yup, what they said you probably cooked a plug and you should be running at least 1 heat range colder and you definately need a tune for the full benefit of your mods.
