I've got the clunk!
 

Well, guess what?

I have the dreaded front end clunck. I called my dealer, gave him all the part numbers (thanks all!) and he is going to get back to me. I'm a little worried about the service rep, when I said I had a Lightning, he said "That's a F-150, right?" Great start.

I can see where the lower control arm bolt moved and I figured I would just weld the washer where the bolt was before it started to move. The truck has 5100 miles at 11 months.

Anyway, I'll keep you all posted!

Yup....that would give me a scare as well! I mean they should know what kind of vehicle they are getting.

I marked the area around the bolt with some lumberchalk so they don't have an excuse to tell me that the condition is normal.
