My Boost gage pegs to 10 psi and sometimes past.

 

Just Curious, if it read 8 it will be ok, because its how you use it, right .

Mine shows both 8 and 10 depending on situation, But I'll be honest the passengers spend more time looking at it than I do. When I am in the throttle that hard I am looking at the road ahead.

You know...sometimes i really hate living on a mountain. I think Ive seen a max of 6

Planning on sticking in a autometer Phantom boost gauge though- little more accurate than the crappy little stock one.

Anyone know what altitude Vegas is?

 

Ill be out there to check It out... Only been up to bandamere for the Mile High Nationals and the Ford show last year- and i had to work the whole day at the Ford show.

There is a couple of SVT events coming up in Denver in the coming months- Ive posted em up on the event calender. But we definately need to get us truck hot rodders together before then!!

Boost update- Later that day after lamenting my lack of boost (nice cool day) got the gauge to read a hair under 8. Just got done putting in a KN Air charger and im reading solid 9lbs now..

Checked mine once thus far.... too busy warching the road when gwtting on the throttle. 9+.... but not pegged at 10.

 

All of you 2000's that pegged out at 10...are y'all still stock? If so, lemmie know. If not, whataya got?
